Appointment Booking Policy

In order to schedule an appointment requiring 2 or more hours of service, a credit card on file is needed to reserve the time slot.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We understand things happen, but due to high demand of our time, 15 minutes or more of tardiness may result in forfeit of your appointment time and a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice from the time of your scheduled appointment for cancellation requests. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged a $75 fee.

Local Flavor Policy

When booking your appointment, please inform our receptionist that you have the deal. This is a one time introductory deal. You may only purchase and use this one time.
